House layoutThe holiday home has a size of 85 m2 and has been beautifully renovated in 2020 and continuously. When you enter the house, you stand in the house's lovely bright and inviting heart room, which consists of a combined kitchen and living room. From the living room and kitchen there is access to the house's large terrace, from which the view is a living painting. The house's kitchen is equipped with induction hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a large window section that provides beautiful light and the North Sea can be glimpsed on the horizon. Moving on from the kitchen you are met by the living room which is cosy and personally furnished. Large window section provides lovely light to the entire room, which also helps make the living room more spacious and from here the view towards the Limfjord can be enjoyed. The living room is equipped with upholstered furniture, television from which you can stream your own apps via Chromecast and there is a DAB radio. In the living room there is a heat pump installed, which helps keep power consumption down. The living room provides space for the whole family and is inviting for film and game evenings. From the living room and kitchen you come into the hallway, from which you reach the bathroom and bedrooms. The bathroom is optimally utilised and here you will find toilet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine, should clothes need washing during the holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms, where the largest has 1 double bed and there is access to a private toilet. The large bedroom also has its own access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and in the last bedroom there are 2 bunk beds. For the youngest guests there is 1 high chair available.

House surroundingsThe house has a fantastic location on an 855 m2 natural plot with incredible views over the Limfjord. A large terrace stretches around the house and is equipped with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and grill, which can be moved as needed. The terrace is fenced in, so you can let the dog out without worrying that it can run away. The Limfjord can be reached in a few minutes on foot via small paths and is ideal for swimming, as the beach is child-friendly. On the beach there is also a bathing bridge. A few hundred metres from the house lies Gjellerodde nature playground in wood with football pitch and slides. The house is only 4 km from Lemvig, where you can shop in local shops, take a walk along the harbour and watch the fishing boats, eat at local cafes and restaurants and much more. The house's location offers many opportunities for an unforgettable holiday for the whole family or couple.
