Well-maintained holiday home of approximately 79 m2 and beautifully furnished with, among other things, nice furniture and TV with German channels and streaming options. The house comprises a combined living room and kitchen corner with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are 2 bedrooms with carpeting - one 3/4 and two single beds. From the living room, access through large French doors leads to an adjoining dining room with dining area, where a magnificent view over the landscape with the Limfjord in the background can be enjoyed. From here there is also access to the house's bathroom containing toilet, sink, sunken shower, washing machine and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Maximum 1 small dog allowed. A really lovely holiday home which is incredibly cosy and easy to navigate.

House surroundings
The house is situated on approximately 972 m2 of undulating natural grounds. From the dining room there is access to a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Via a small flight of steps from the terrace there is access to a viewing platform, from which you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over the landscape and the Limfjord. At the house there are several parking options, including in the house's carport. From the house there is a lovely trail system which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water and a bathing bridge. Here there is the opportunity to engage in various water activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking. Approximately 300 m from the house is the new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide, and it is not far to golf course, shopping or beach.
