Cosy holiday home with fantastic views over the Limfjord

This lovely holiday home is situated high up with an impressive view over the Limfjord and offers comfortable surroundings for both couples and families. The house is bright, cosily furnished and has free internet access. There is room for two dogs, and it is a non-smoking house.

House layout The house is located on a 975 m² plot with a beautiful view over the fjord. The combined living room and kitchen solution creates an open and inviting living space. The living room is furnished with TV with Danish and German programmes as well as a lovely wood-burning stove and heat pump, which ensures a comfortable temperature year-round and contributes to lower energy consumption.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The house has three bedrooms (DS + DS + 2S) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine available. For the youngest guests there is a cot.

As an extra bonus you get free access to Lemvig Swimming Hall with sauna, whirlpool and water slide. The terraces and living areas have a fantastic view over the Limfjord, and the house has solar energy, which supplements the heat pump.

House surroundings The house is situated quietly and high up with an unobstructed view over the Limfjord and the surrounding area. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and grill are available for free use.

From the house, trail systems lead directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties within a few minutes. Near the house there is also a lovely natural wooden playground with water slides, swings and much more. In season there is an ice cream kiosk and restaurant nearby.

It is only about 6 km to Lemvig town, which offers shops, fish restaurants, cinema, skate park, museum and cosy harbour environments. The house is the ideal choice for guests who want a relaxing holiday with nature, activities and cultural experiences close by.
