Lovely holiday apartment on the 1st floor for 4 people located in the first row to the Limfjord with a fantastic beautiful view over the marina and the fjord. The apartment has free internet and the facilities at Lemvig Holiday Centre offer plenty of free activities such as free use of 2 tennis courts, trampolines for the smallest, beach volleyball court and not least free access to the swimming pool with sauna, steam bath, children's pool and bubble bath. Pets and smoking are not allowed. **Apartment layout** The apartment was renovated in 2013 with, among other things, a new kitchen with dishwasher. There is a glass ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator with separate freezer of 10 liters. There is wooden flooring throughout except for the bathroom which is tiled. The living room is cosily furnished with a coffee table, sofa group, wood-burning stove, and cable TV with DR, TV2, German EUROSPORT 1 and RTL. There is also direct access to the southwest-facing balcony with garden furniture. There is also another living room with a dining table where there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2. Here you can wake up to a view over the Limfjord, but the sun rises in the east. Furthermore, there is the bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a single sleeping option. Please note that to get up to the loft you have to climb up a ladder. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there are 4 charging boxes for Type 2 charging sockets that can charge up to 11 kWh at the Holiday Centre - they are just after the recycling station. **Apartment surroundings** Lemvig Holiday Centre is a quiet area and yet still only 1500 meters from Lemvig where you can walk and go shopping or enjoy the atmosphere at the harbour. At the holiday centre itself there are plenty of facilities listed below. If you play golf, Lemvig's 18-hole golf course is only 1500 meters from the apartment and 8 km away is Denmark's longest mountain bike route in Klosterheden. So even if the weather is changeable you won't miss out on a holiday here. **Shared activities** A holiday stay at Lemvig Holiday Centre is never boring. There is plenty to do for both young and old. Go on safari on the jungle path, which is a pleasant path that is overgrown with plants and trees. Within walking distance from the apartments you can reach the beach at the Limfjord. Here you can collect mussel shells and stones or catch crabs while enjoying the sound of the waves on the Limfjord. Of course there is also the opportunity to jump directly into the water from the bathing pier. Or you can try to keep your balance on a SUP board on the water. In the marina you can enjoy the sight of the fine boats that are moored in the harbour. For the small guests there are several playgrounds where you can slide down the slide or jump around on the trampolines. The holiday centre also has an activity room where you can challenge each other at table tennis or play in a ball pit. Should it happen that you spill an ice cream on your T-shirt, Lemvig Holiday Centre also has a coin laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers. At the holiday centre there are also several outdoor activities so you can also get some exercise during your holiday. There are, among other things, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, petanque courts, multi-court and ball court. If you feel like swimming when the weather is not quite sunny, you can go to the swimming pool, which also offers a spa and steam sauna. If you come on holiday in an electric or hybrid car, there are several car chargers at the holiday centre. In short – plenty of opportunities for both children, young at heart and for adults.
