Completely newly renovated and lovely holiday home on the 1st floor for 5 persons and 1 dog allowed. The holiday home has a south-facing balcony and free wireless internet. Smoking not allowed. From here there is a partial view over the Limfjord as well as the green common area with a playground. When you stay here, please make use of Lemvig Holiday Centre's many facilities. Here you have free access to swimming pool with sauna, steam bath, extra warm children's pool and bubble bath, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, playgrounds and bouncy castle.

The holiday home's layout
The holiday home was renovated in 2023 with, among other things, a completely new kitchen which is well equipped with glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Beautiful and cosy living room with a large TV. In the bedroom there is also a TV with the same channels, as well as a DVD player. In addition there is also a heat pump which provides pleasant warmth even on cold days, and it also contributes to lower consumption. From the living room there is access to the balcony with table and chairs. The sleeping arrangements consist of a bedroom with double bed as well as a loft with 2 sleeping options. Note that you have to climb a ladder to get to the loft. Below the loft there is a sofa bed with dimensions 130x190 cm. The sofa in the living room furniture can also be converted into a sofa bed. This sofa bed measures 140x200 cm. In this section there is also a TV, but only for streaming or brought gaming console. The bathroom is equipped with the essentials: Shower, sink and toilet. From the living room there is access to the south-facing balcony with accompanying garden furniture, so you can sit and enjoy the view both morning and evening if you wish. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, there are 4 charging boxes for Type 2 charging sockets, which can charge up to 11 kWh at the Holiday Centre - they are just after the waste station.

The holiday home's surroundings
Lemvig Holiday Centre is a quiet area and yet still only 3 km from Lemvig where you can walk and go shopping or enjoy the atmosphere at the harbour. At the holiday centre itself there are plenty of facilities. If you play golf, Lemvig's 18-hole golf course is only 1.5 km from the holiday home. Denmark's longest mountain bike route in Klosterheden and the North Sea is also approximately 8 km from the holiday homes and is easily reached by car or perhaps by bike.

Shared activities
A holiday stay at Lemvig Holiday Centre is never boring. There is plenty to do for both young and old.
Go on safari on the jungle path, which is a lovely path that is overgrown with plants and trees. You can use the outdoor bonfire site and play outdoor chess and draughts. Within a short walk from the holiday home you can reach the beach at the Limfjord. Here you can collect shells and stones or catch crabs while enjoying the sound of the waves on the Limfjord. Of course there is also the possibility of jumping directly into the water from the bathing jetty. Or you can try to keep your balance on a SUP board on the water. In the marina you can enjoy the sight of the fine boats that are moored in the harbour.
For the young guests there are several playgrounds where you can slide down the slide, climb and swing or you can jump around on the bouncy castle.
The holiday centre also has an activity room where you can challenge each other at table tennis or play in a ball pit, on a small ball court or on a punch bag.
Should it happen that you spill an ice cream on your T-shirt, Lemvig Holiday Centre also has a coin laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers.
At the holiday centre there are also several outdoor activities, so you can also get some exercise during your holiday. There are, among other things, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, petanque courts, multi-court, ball court and a basketball hoop.
If you feel like swimming when the weather is not quite sunny, you can go to the swimming pool, which also offers spa bath, steam bath and sauna.
If you come on holiday in an electric or hybrid car, there are several car chargers at the holiday centre.
In short – plenty of opportunities for both children, young at heart and for adults.
