This delightful wooden holiday home is ideally situated on a 1,600 m² plot with a fantastic panoramic view over the Limfjord and the surrounding landscape. The house's large windows create a bright and welcoming interior, and walls and ceiling are clad with lye-treated wood. Throughout the house there are wooden floors, while the bathrooms have tiled floors with underfloor heating.

The house comprises three cosy bedrooms plus a loft with two additional sleeping places, making it suitable for one or two families. There are two bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower; one bathroom has a spa bath and direct access to the sauna.

The kitchen is well-equipped and combined with the living room, which features a fireplace, colour TV with DR1 and satellite (with German channels). A heat pump has been installed for extra comfort.

Surroundings
Outdoors there is a 125 m² terrace surrounding the house, and there is always a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun. For the youngest there is a swing and sandpit, so children can play safely. Near the house there is also a lovely natural wooden play area with slides, swings and much more. Close to the house you will also find an ice cream kiosk and restaurant, which open during the season. It is only about 6 km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum and more.

All in all a lovely holiday home with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings, perfect for a family holiday.
