Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. The kitchenette is bright and welcoming and has all modern appliances: Cooker with glass ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and all service / kitchen equipment. Practical hard floors in the living room, kitchenette and bedrooms. Large beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, tiled floor with underfloor heating, hot tub and direct access to sauna. House Surroundings
Located on a well-maintained plot of approx. 955 m2 only 300 m from the Limfjord. Large, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The terrace runs all the way around the house, so there is always an opportunity for a spot in the sun. A lovely holiday home in all seasons. From the house there is a lovely trail system that leads directly down to the water in just a few minutes. Approx. 400 m from the house is the new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. It is only four km to Lemvig, which is a lively market town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc. If you take the car, a trip to Thyborøn is an experience in itself and takes 20 minutes. Here there are several different activities such as fish auction, Sea War Museum or visit the exciting Jylland Aquarium, where children can see and touch fish and crabs, or visit the completely unique Snail House. End the day with ice cream in hand while you walk along the harbour quay and look at all the fishing boats.
