Put the food on the dining table which is placed close to the kitchen corner. Large beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hot tub, underfloor heating, washing machine and tumble dryer. Extra toilet with toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Located on a plot of approximately 800 m2 with a fantastic beautiful view over the Limfjord. Nicely executed, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and view of the Limfjord. Opportunity for plenty of activity as the house has a separate activity room with seating, table football, bob and television with games console. At the house entrance there is a lovely enclosed terrace with garden furniture where it is almost always sheltered. From the house there is a lovely trail system which leads directly down to the water in a few minutes. Approximately 400 m from the house is the new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide. This house must be experienced. There are only four km to Lemvig, which is a lively market town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc. If you take the car, a trip to Thyborøn is an experience in itself and takes 20 minutes. Here there are several different activities such as fish auction, Sea War Museum or visit the exciting Jylland Aquarium, where children can see and touch fish and crabs, or visit the completely unique Snail House. End the day with ice cream in hand, while you walk along the harbour quay and look at all the fishing boats.
