Bright and friendly furnished with practical wooden flooring in the kitchen area and living room which also offers panoramic views of both the beautiful landscape and the Limfjord. 2 bedrooms (2ES, 2ES) and a lovely alcove in the living room. An entrance welcomes you. The living room has leather furniture, TV with Danish and German programmes and Chromecast which allows streaming of TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever TV subscription you have with Danish and German channels, CD, radio and dining table extending from the kitchen area. Kitchen area with cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and linoleum flooring. Cot and high chair for the little residents. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets not allowed. There is also a heat pump in the house, which makes electric heating cheaper. This is the obvious holiday home with beautiful views.

House surroundings
The house has a fantastic terrace area. From the living room there is access to a large partly covered terrace which also runs along the house. From the entrance there is access to a magnificent terrace with windbreak hedge. You can always find a spot in the sun. There are plenty of garden furniture and loungers and the grill can be moved around on the terraces as desired. Carport for the car. Situated high up, undisturbed on a side road on a well-maintained plot of approx. 1,063 m2 and only 300 m from the Limfjord with a cosy little bathing beach. From the house there is a lovely trail system, which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water. Approx. 200 m from the house is the new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide and it is not far to shops or to the beach at Gjellerodde. It is only four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc.
