Classic Danish holiday home in black with whitewashed farmhouse windows, which has been thoroughly renovated internally - in recent years - with respect for the house's character. The house contains a kitchen/living room and three bedrooms. In each of the two bedrooms there are two sleeping places, while in the third there is a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed across the full width of the room. The house is located in old Liseleje where there are only gravel roads and small paths, surrounded by old trees. There is only 250 metres to one of Denmark's best bathing beaches and a 7-minute walk to Liseleje centre. The garden is extremely private, and there is no traffic noise. You can freely and undisturbed take a warm outdoor shower under the outdoor shower. Holiday home life is also terrace life. You get that here in abundance with a wooden terrace around the entire house, so there is always a sunny spot, and if the sun is too strong the awning can be rolled out. In addition, there is a lovely and rustic orangery facing south, where evenings and cool days can be enjoyed with a view of nature. Dinner can optionally be prepared in the house's outdoor kitchen, where there is a large gas grill and running cold/hot water at the sink. For the children there is a swing set, a playhouse and a sunken trampoline. Liseleje's cosy centre is only 700 metres away, so it is not far to a waffle ice cream from one of the many ice cream shops, shopping, freshly baked bread or a cup of coffee at one of the town's cafés.
