This summer house offers a wonderful setting for your holiday with a full 115 m2 and 4 bedrooms for 7 adults and space for several small children. Perfect for families or friends who want plenty of space. The house is located in charming Listed, where you are close to the sea and Svaneke.

The house is only 150 metres from the coast and 900 metres to the beach, where you can enjoy fresh sea swims and long walks. After a day in the sun, you can relax in the house's sauna, which has space for 6-7 people and has a view of the sea. The house has a private garden with sea views and several terraces where you can enjoy the sunshine.

The area around the house offers charming streets, local craftsmanship, a cosy harbour, a small bakery as well as a café and drinks venue. Experience the town's unique atmosphere, or take a trip along Bornholm's beautiful coastlines and rock formations. In Listed you will find, among other things, the ceramicist Lov i Listed, the jewellery shop Bay Frost and the lifestyle shop Madam Stoltz. Svaneke is only 2 km from the house, which you can quickly cycle, drive or walk to along the beautiful coastline.

The summer house is newly renovated and modernly furnished with all amenities, including internet and dishwasher, which makes the holiday even more relaxing and comfortable. The house has two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor (cot in one of them), a room with a single bed and a large cosy living room with flat-screen TV (Chromecast and HDMI), where everyone can sit together. On the living room floor you will find a large kitchen with everything you need as well as cosy seating areas and access to a breakfast terrace. Around the corner from the kitchen is the dining room, where everyone can enjoy dinner in front of the fireplace. From the dining room there is access to a large terrace where you can grill and enjoy nice summer evenings. On the living room floor you will also find a larger bathroom with underfloor heating and the last room which has a double bed (120cm) with a bunk bed above, where an 8th person/child will be able to sleep.

The house's location and facilities create an ideal base for exploring Bornholm's many activities, cultural experiences and beautiful views.

Upon request it will also be possible to rent a larger newly renovated annex in two storeys, which is also located on the grounds. The annex is equipped with a larger living room and four sleeping places on the first floor as well as a cosy kitchen and bathroom.
