In Lohals you can stroll along the lively marina, enjoy a good meal at the town's restaurants or explore the many small flea markets and roadside stalls in the area. The surrounding forests and coastal paths also invite you to beautiful walks and cycling trips right by the water.

Langeland is also ideal for you who want to experience the island from several sides. There is the opportunity for beach trips, fishing, cycling and hiking, and on the tour around the island you can experience everything from arts and crafts and local produce to wild horses and historical sights.

If you go on an excursion, the historic castle town of Tranekær is an obvious stop with Tranekær Castle and the beautiful surroundings. You can also visit Rudkøbing, the island's cosy main town, which offers cobbled streets, specialist shops, restaurants and cafés.
