Romantics, fishermen and others who want to spend a holiday in a cosy, thatched holiday home located practically on the beach with a fantastic view over Vejle Fjord – here is your chance! There is free internet here, and you are also welcome to bring a pet on holiday. The grounds are fully fenced.
The house was originally built in 1882 and has been continuously renovated. There is both electric heating and a heat pump, so the house can be heated all year round. The living room is cosily furnished with a wood-burning stove. There is a television with Danish channels and Chromecast, so you can watch your "own channels". There is also a high chair if you need one.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a microwave and mini oven, and from here you have the most fantastic view of the water through the small, mullioned windows. Here you can wind down and relax while you (almost) enjoy washing up.
The house's sleeping places are distributed across 3 bedrooms, one of which is in an annex. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people, and there are two sleeping places in the annex.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine here.
Outside there is the most fantastic, open terrace with garden furniture and with full view of the beach and the water. There is parking for the car.
The house is approximately 20 km from Vejle, where there are good shopping opportunities and gastronomy at a high level. Attractions in the area include:
- The Jelling Monuments (UNESCO) from the time of Harald Bluetooth in Vejle Ådal
- Givskud Zoo, which, in addition to many animals, also offers Denmark's largest dinosaur exhibition with over 50 dinosaurs in natural size
- The Cultural Museum, which tells Danish history from Vejle's perspective, from ancient times to yesterday.
- Økolariet, which is an exciting knowledge and experience centre about sustainability, nature, environment, energy and climate.
