Outdoors you can enjoy a lovely tiled, enclosed courtyard garden, which can serve as your sunny gathering place during the warm summer months (with grill). The grounds are enclosed with a gate. Furthermore a back house with washing machine and drying rack, as well as a dishwasher. The rent includes heating costs (district heating), whereas water and electricity are charged according to consumption. Wood/briquettes for the wood-burning stove must be purchased by yourself. Centrally located, which combines both city life and beautiful nature. From the house you can easily walk to all the town's attractions, and here you will find a wide selection of shops, shopping opportunities and restaurants. 190 metres from the front door you will find the charming harbour, which offers countless good walks along the water. 650 metres from the station which ensures you a quick way onwards, while green walks, running and mountain bike tours can be enjoyed in the nearby forest areas. Swimming pool (1 km) and 3.3 km to the beach (Hestehoved beach) with Denmark's longest bathing pier (sauna and bathhouse). The mail boat sails out every day in summer to various islands and beaches. (the mail boat is located at the end of Tolderens Street..) The house is a non-smoking house, smoking is not permitted For information: The house is rented max. 4 weeks at a time, after which it must be cleaned. (1 day for cleaning) You may not move your permanent address to the rental. (Newspapers/magazines may be redirected) Parking: There is free parking right across from the house, as well as private free parking (~150 m from the house).
