Do you need peace, nature and closeness? This newly built holiday home of 40 m² is created for exactly that. Here you live peacefully and undisturbed on a large, green and mature plot with plenty of sun – only five minutes' walk from a lovely little, quiet sandy beach with shallow water and soft waves. Here is fresh seawater from the Kattegat and clean sand without sharp stones and mussel shells. The loveliest place for a dip, a walk along the water's edge or just to breathe deeply.

The holiday home is located on the same plot as the owner's holiday home, which is not used during the rental of this holiday home. You therefore have the plot entirely to yourselves. The holiday home includes its own terrace, and access to the large garden as well as the holiday home's large sunny terrace with garden furniture, which you are free to use. The holiday home is situated off the beaten path at the end of a small side road, surrounded by peace, birdsong and green surroundings. There are two private parking spaces attached to the holiday home.

Inside you are met with a bright, inviting and modern atmosphere. The home consists of two rooms – a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Here is a comfortable double bed (160x200cm), a sofa arrangement and a dining table for two. The sofa, which is a sofa bed, can also be used as a sleeping place for one child (max. length 179 cm), which makes the home suitable for both couples and small families.

The kitchen is simple, but well-equipped with, among other things, sink, hob, refrigerator, kettle, air fryer, toaster – perfect for light meals. The bathroom is bright and functional with shower cubicle and toilet - all brand new and modern.

Outside the holiday home has its own terrace with café seating, where you can enjoy the morning sun or dinner under the open sky. The large garden around the home provides plenty of space for both relaxation and play.

Shopping facilities include Brugsen in Torup 2km away, which has a smaller but good selection of both animal and plant-based food, as well as large Meny and Coop365 in Hundested (5km away). There is a public charging station for electric cars at Torup. In the local area you will find small cosy farm shops and farm cafés.


BETWEEN TWO PEARLS BY THE COAST

The holiday home is peacefully located between Hundested and Liseleje – two charming coastal towns each with their own character. In Hundested you can experience the authentic harbour environment, arts and crafts and cosy cafés and restaurants. Liseleje offers classic summer idyll with ice cream parlours, small shops and a wide sandy beach with dunes. Both towns are easy to reach and obvious excursion destinations. This is a perfect base for exploring all of North Zealand.

Pets are NOT allowed as the owner has severe allergies. Guests are asked to be considerate to neighbours. Parties and loud music are therefore NOT allowed.
