You can hardly see a neighbour from the lovely south-western garden with great opportunity for a cosy and peaceful evening with gas grill and outdoor bonfire for toasted bread/marshmallows. The large lawn is perfect for a game of kubb and croquet, and the many outdoor furnishings are in perfect positions to follow the sun.

With modern furnishings, high ceilings, wood elements, wood-burning stove and plenty of natural light in the open floor plan, the house has everything you need to settle in and enjoy a cosy time together. The 3 bedrooms accommodate 6 sleeping places with wardrobes in each room, perfect for a family with children. The 4th bedroom is in the annex, where there are 2 beds.

The summer house is located at the end of a quiet road and also offers double carport, washing machine and spacious bathroom.

From Tikøb it is a 40-minute drive to Copenhagen, where you can play tourists and enjoy yourselves with the many beautiful sights and go shopping. You can also take the Coastal Railway from Espergærde into Copenhagen, so you don't have to think about parking. In Copenhagen you can for example take a walk up Langelinie past Amalienborg and on to the Little Mermaid. You can also go on a sailing trip around Copenhagen.
