The kitchen is in open connection with the cosy living room, so socialising and cooking go hand in hand. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need – of course also a dishwasher, so the holiday can be enjoyed to the fullest.

From the living room's large windows, light streams in, and you can enjoy the view over both the grounds and the glittering water. The wood-burning stove creates extra cosiness on cool evenings, and the house is also equipped with a heat pump and electric heating, so comfort is top-notch all year round. There is Chromecast and free internet, and for the family's youngest guests there is also a high chair ready.

The house has three good bedrooms: Two with comfortable double beds and a third with a double sofa bed – perfect for both family and friends.

The bright bathroom has a toilet, shower cubicle and underfloor heating, which provides a pleasant start to the day. The holiday home is also equipped with a washing machine, so practical matters are easily taken care of.

Outside awaits a lovely, enclosed terrace with garden furniture and grill – the perfect spot for long summer evenings with dinner under the open sky. There is of course parking at the house.

For wine lovers, the location is ideal. The house is within walking distance of several of Røsnæs' fantastic wineries and less than 4 km from Denmark's largest winery – a perfect opportunity for enjoyable tastings in beautiful natural surroundings.

If you dream of nature experiences, the beautiful hiking route "Røsnæs Rundt" is almost right outside the door. The 25 km long route offers magnificent nature and can be reached on foot from the holiday home – just about 1 km away.

Only about 7 km from the house you will find the charming, historic market town of Kalundborg with the atmospheric Højby, which houses Denmark's largest collection of medieval houses. Here you can also visit the impressive Vor Frue Kirke, which according to tradition was built by Esbern Snare in the early 1200s. The church is completely unique in the world with its ground plan shaped as a Greek cross and five characteristic towers that majestically rise above the town.
