The holiday home is located in Nørre Lyngby, 4 km north of Løkken and 10 km south of Lønstrup and 25 km from Blokhus. There is thus easy access to several of the charming towns in the area, which offer a wealth of activities, restaurants and life. In Nørre Lyngby it is quiet and cosy, and with less than 800 metres to the North Sea. Nørre Lyngby beach has fine white sand and beautiful steep dunes. The beach has the white bathing flag, which among other things symbolises that the bathing water quality is high.

The house is situated on a 2,250 m2 plot, which contains both grass areas and woodland. On the plot there is also a shelter available for free use. The plot is situated quietly and undisturbed facing a gravel road.

The house is 116 m2 and consists of an original, but renovated, part from 1969, and a newly built part from 2014. You enter the house through the entrance hall, where on one side you have a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom, and on the other side you enter the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is from 2023 and has plenty of space for 6 people. From the living room there is access to the house's very cosy and spacious lounge where there is both a wood-burning stove and a sofa group. Here there are various books and games available for free use. In addition, there is access to a cosy loft. From both the lounge and the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace.

From the kitchen there is access to the house's second bathroom. In addition, there is access to the house's two other smaller bedrooms. One consists of 2 beds of 70x190 and the other room has 2 box mattresses of 80x200.
