This holiday home is located in the quiet and scenic area near Nr. Lyngvig Lighthouse. At the same time, it is only about 5 km to Hvide Sande and 8 km to Søndervig, where you will find cosy restaurants and good shopping opportunities. The area also offers several good fishing opportunities.

From the house it is just 150 metres to the beautiful natural area with heather and dunes, and from here it is a short distance to the sea. The area has a well-developed trail system that invites both walking and cycling – including on the North Sea Trail (EuroVelo 12), which winds through the beautiful dune landscape.

The house has a large south-west facing terrace, surrounded by mountain pine, which provides the opportunity to find both sun and shade throughout the day.

Indoors, the house is bright and pleasantly furnished. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, bathroom and an open kitchen-dining room and living room that invite cosiness and togetherness. On the first floor there is another bedroom and an extra cosy room, which provides an opportunity for peace – or where children's toys can remain out for several days.

The large plot offers, in addition to the many beautiful mountain pines, good opportunities to always find a sheltered corner. In addition, there is a grassed area suitable for gardening and ball games as well as a swing set and a small sandbox for the youngest.
