The living room is the heart of the house with a wood-burning stove and large windows. From here there is direct access to a south-facing tiled terrace, where meals and relaxation can be enjoyed under the open sky.

A heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the house is equipped with internet, so work or streaming is also possible if needed.

The house is situated on an undisturbed natural plot with a lawn, where there is space for play and ball games. There is forest around the house, and you often encounter roe deer here.

Dybesø is a very idyllic nature area with rich birdlife and surrounded by plantation and scrub. There is a walking path of approximately 1.9 km all the way around the lake, and there is only approximately 70 metres between the Kattegat and Dybesø's northernmost point, which makes it the lake in Denmark that lies closest to the sea.

Rørvig town and the charming harbour are always worth a visit, and there are plenty of activities for children and adults. The amusement park Sommerland Sjælland is only approximately 15 minutes' drive from the house, while Nykøbing Sj. with its charming pedestrian street, small shops, theatre and harbour is approximately 10 minutes' drive away. Furthermore, Odsherred is known for its many small galleries and specialist workshops.
