The 70 m² holiday home is located in the heart of Øer Maritime Holiday Village, where canals, bridges and small islands create a special holiday atmosphere. The house has been newly renovated, is functionally furnished and suits both families and couples who want an active holiday combined with peace and good facilities. Inside you will find an entrance with plenty of space for outerwear, a spacious bathroom and an open living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, while the lounge provides access to the cosy terrace and front garden, which is fenced for extra security. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a loft. The large bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, while the small one has a smaller double bed and an extra bed on top. The loft offers an extra double bed. All furnishings and furniture are from the 2021 renovation. Outside, the terrace offers great opportunities for outdoor living with lounge furniture, cushions and a grill. Baby equipment can be ordered, and the house has a TV package, Chromecast and wifi. The holiday village also has charging stations for electric cars. Guests have access to the holiday village's many facilities for a small additional fee: swimming pool, sauna, sports hall for padel, badminton and basketball, as well as outdoor tennis, mini golf, ball courts, playground and outdoor chess. Bicycles and equipment can be rented in the area, and the holiday centre also has a restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The nature surrounding the holiday destination is a major asset. Nationalpark Mols offers rolling terrain, coastal paths, forest areas and safe cycling routes. Here you can combine hiking, beach life and excursions in one of Denmark's most varied landscapes. Nearby you will find Ebeltoft, a vibrant town with museums, culture, small shops and cosy restaurants. Here you will also find the Frigate Jylland, the Glass Museum and Maltfabrikken. Family-friendly attractions such as Ree Park, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Djurs Sommerland and Kattegatcentret are within a short drive.
