The holiday home is located in an attractive and peaceful holiday area just approximately 250 metres from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach. Here you can easily throw a towel over your shoulder and head down to the water for a dip, a walk along the beach or a quiet moment with a view over the coast.

The house is 113 m² and has room for up to 10 guests distributed across 5 bedrooms. This makes it well-suited for the large family, two families together or multiple generations who want to holiday under the same roof. The two bathrooms provide good comfort in everyday life, and with both spa and sauna there are plenty of opportunities for wellness, warmth and relaxation after a day at the beach or an excursion in the area.

The heart of the house is the bright living room, where kitchen, dining area and lounge are combined in one open space. Here you can cook together, enjoy long meals, play board games or relax in front of the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, and the house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, Chromecast and wireless internet.

Outside awaits a large natural plot of approximately 1.200 m² with plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor life. The new terrace from 2025 offers fine opportunities to enjoy the sun, eat outdoors, grill or find shelter on the covered part. There are garden furniture, grill, sun loungers and parking space on the plot.

The area around Øer Strand offers many opportunities for both peace and activity. Nearby you will find, among other things, mini golf, tennis, swimming pool, good fishing opportunities, shopping and restaurants. Ebeltoft is only a few kilometres away and is known for its cosy streets, shops, cafés, the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. Nationalpark Mols Bjerge is also within a short drive and offers some of Denmark's most beautiful landscapes, hiking routes, cycling opportunities and viewpoints.

The holiday home is insulated year-round and furnished for stays throughout the year. With spa, sauna, wood-burning stove, partial underfloor heating, electric heating and solar panels there are good conditions for both summer holidays, autumn holidays, winter cosiness and extended weekends.
