Enjoy a holiday in this beautiful, architect-designed holiday home from 2007 with space for 5 people and panoramic views over a large nature area. From the first floor there is a view over the dunes and out to sea. The location could hardly be better - truly a place for nature lovers. Here you are away from it all and can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The house is 100 m2, and the many large windows provide lovely natural light both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The living room is cosily furnished with a wood-burning stove and TV with Danish, Scandinavian and German channels. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with a double bed and 3 single beds respectively. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there is also a washing machine here. Outside there are two lovely, large terraces, one of which is approximately 20 m2 and covered. There is parking on the property. There is a short distance to Østerby Harbour with shopping opportunities, restaurants and a lively fishing harbour where you can buy freshly caught fish. West of the marina lies one of the island's best bathing beaches. All in all, the island has fantastic nature. To the south, outside the island, there is an area almost the same size as the island itself, where it is sometimes completely dry for days at a time when the water level in the Kattegat is low, the so-called 'sand flats'. There are good bathing beaches in many places along the coast and in the large dune plantation there are plenty of mushrooms.
