Here you can enjoy a lovely holiday in a beautiful and scenic area in Øster Sømarken.

Lovely kitchen with dining area, open into the living room. The house is bright with large windows and several exits to the terrace. The house is modern furnished with leather sofa, good chairs and table. The large bathroom has a spa bath and plenty of space. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Three bedrooms have double beds and one room has two single beds. All beds are good box mattresses and there is plenty of space in the rooms.

Enjoy life outdoors
On the large terrace facing south, there are two sets of garden furniture. A small part of the terrace is covered, and here there is an opportunity to seek shade. Outdoor shower can be used from early May to mid-September. The shed can be used for storage of bicycles, prams, luggage or other items. There is parking space for a car right next to the house, where there is an electric car charger (Type 2 with 11 kW).

Get close to local experiences
The house is close to Sømarken's lovely child-friendly sandy beach. It is set back a bit from the other houses in the area. On Holsteroddevej there is a playground and several open spaces suitable for play. Bakkarøgeriet is close to the area, and here you can eat lunch.
