Stone house with wonderful location on Øland
Exceptional nature and a wonderful accommodation just 300 meters from the sea. The stone house in old style was built in 2003 and is really lovely! The owner works at Sweden's most well-known architecture firm, which is why the holiday home will be experienced as exceptionally well planned and beautiful!

The holiday home is in practice 3 charming buildings; a stone house with kitchen, living room and TV room (Apple-tv) plus two wooden houses with five and three beds respectively. The buildings are, as mentioned, only 300 meters from the sea in a small holiday home area next to the beautiful coastal road along Kalmar Sund. This is the perfect summer accommodation, all rooms have their own direct access to nature.
In the stone house the whole party has space to cook together and to eat together around the large table with plenty of room. The kitchen is equipped with an old wood-burning stove, a cooker with induction hob and oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the adjoining living room there is a sofa and Apple-Tv with Wifi.
There are several terraces with sun at different times of day. Gas grill and herb garden. The building with bathroom and laundry room was built in 2018. Here there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three beds, and in the guest house of 15 m2 there are 3 beds.
A wood-fired sauna can be available if you arrange it with the owner when the house is booked (additional charge).
The houses have a view over the world-famous natural type known as Alvar. There is a small quarry nearby. It is the narrowest part of Öland, so it is very close to the coast and beaches on both sides of the island. You can swim in the sea and also in the quarry, which is located approximately 150 meters from the house.
The holiday home is close to restaurants, grocery store and bakery.
3 km to nearest restaurant.
4.5 km to town with beach, shops and restaurants, and it is possible to cycle there along the beautiful Coastal Road.
