The house contains 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with a sofa bed (130 cm). In the adjoining guest annex there is another comfortable double bed (140 cm) available. If you are travelling with the smallest, there is also a cot and a practical high chair.
From the spacious living room there is direct access to the sunny south-facing wooden terrace, which connects the house to the outbuilding and annex. Here is a lovely oasis of sunny corners that invite relaxation. The large terrace is equipped with various garden furniture and a grill, perfect for outdoor dining and cosy barbecue dinners.
Keep warm in the summer house with a heat pump or the cosy wood-burning stove. For entertainment there is WI-FI and TV with streaming options via Chromecast and internet.
The large garden, which extends over 1600 sqm, invites play and outdoor activities. There is also a trampoline (used at your own risk) for the children's enjoyment.
Please note that the garden is not fenced.
The beaches at Sejerø Bay and the Kattegat are within a short walking distance, perfect for sunny days by the water. And when hunger strikes, it is not far to both a pizzeria and an ice cream shop. If you wish to prepare your own meals, there is a nearby grocery store only 3.5 km away. And if you are into fresh-caught fish, there is 6 km to the fish house in Havnebyen, where delicious maritime delicacies await. For those who love to fish, there are good opportunities in the area.
This wonderful summer house is not rented to youth groups, and this ensures a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
