Then you can book this cosy holiday home, which is located by the Lammefjord, a twenty-minute drive from Holbæk. A lovely house with painted wooden walls built in 1968 as well as a large terrace and a substantial garden. Part of the terrace is also covered, so even on rainy days you can enjoy your afternoon coffee outside. Inside, well-utilised square metres await, where there is just what you need for a relaxing holiday or weekend in the spirit of cosiness and peace. White-painted wooden walls adorn all rooms and give the classic summer house atmosphere, just as the entire house appears bright, well-maintained and inviting. In the living room, which has access to the terrace, there is a wood-burning stove for cold evenings as well as plenty of space for a sofa corner and dining table. Adjacent to this is a lovely kitchen with good kitchen facilities, white surfaces and a beautiful worktop. The house also includes an entrance, a bathroom as well as a bedroom and a high loft, which has nice sleeping space for two people under the cosy sloping walls. The house is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the Lammefjord and Gudestrup Marina, which has both a kayak club and a boat association. So you can easily enjoy relaxing walks along the fjord or explore the beautiful nature of the area. Daily shopping can be done in Grevinge, which is a 7-minute drive away, and if you feel like shopping or eating out, there are plenty of opportunities in Holbæk. All in all, a lovely house for when you need air, peace and quality time. We keep a wild garden, so please note that only the grass is mowed, as we prefer to let nature grow up around the house.
