Older historic summer house from 1914 that was originally built as a service residence for the manager of Poulsker Power Plant.
The summer house is situated in rural idyll with fields and farms with various farm animals all around. Horses graze in some fields close to the summer house.
The summer house spans two floors and offers a spacious dwelling of 126 square meters, which can accommodate up to 6 people distributed across 3 cozy bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find an inviting atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and dining room, a pleasant bedroom and a practical bathroom. There is also a utility room/laundry room, from which you can step out into the back garden and enjoy nature.
On the first floor await two additional bedrooms and a functional office area, perfect for those who might need some peace and quiet for work during their stay. With views of fields on both sides of the house you can often spot hares and pheasants, which contribute to the idyllic atmosphere.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, so you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. In the living room you can easily stream your favorite programs via Chromecast on the TV.
The back garden is a private oasis with a terrace and garden path paved with crushed granite, perfect for cozy meals under the open sky, and a large lawn where there is plenty of space for play and relaxation.
With only 5 minutes' drive to Dueodde beach, which is considered one of Europe's best beaches with its ultra-fine sand, this summer house is the ideal starting point for beach enthusiasts. At the beach car park you will find facilities such as an ice cream shop, kiosk, toilets and restaurant. If you prefer a more private beach experience, you can find the name of the road in the summer house.
If you are hungry for brunch or lunch, Café Ø is just a few houses away and tempts with delicious organic food.
Snogebæk town is only 5 minutes' drive away and offers a Dagli'Brugsen as well as various restaurants, including Sørens værtshus. You can also visit Kjærstrup Chokolade, which has a shop in town. In Nexø, a bit further away, you will find additional supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and other conveniences.
