In the charming coastal and summer-house village of Rågeleje, this lovely and newly renovated (2018) holiday home is located just 750 metres from the water in a cosy, overgrown summer-house area. There is room for 6 people, and there is free internet in the house. The bright and well-appointed living room has a wonderful, large corner sofa as well as a completely unique and rustic dining table with plenty of space around it. Here there is an opportunity for relaxation, togetherness and cosy moments. In the living room there is Chromecast for use in the house, so you can easily stream your own services. From the living room there are double glass doors with access to the lovely terrace with a view of all the greenery. The house is decorated in white tones, which in combination with the light wooden floor and the many special details in the furnishings creates a bright and inviting overall impression. Lovely, open kitchen with, among other things, a built-in oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is also access to the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms are furnished with single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be placed together or apart as desired. The third room – the children's room – has two single beds (70 x 190 cm) with good mattresses, so a "small" adult can also sleep comfortably here. Nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outdoors you will find a large and lovely terrace of approximately 30 m² with garden furniture and a grill. There is parking space on the property. Rågeleje is one of the historic seaside towns on the north coast of Sjælland. The old holiday homes are situated high on the slope above the coastal road, and on the beach stand the characteristic striped bathing huts. The coastal road follows the beach over a longer stretch, and Rågeleje is known as one of the places in North Sjælland where you come closest to the sea and can really feel the wind and weather. When it is windy, there are often kite- and windsurfers to be seen. In the area there are also many exciting experiences within art, history and gastronomy. From the house it is approximately 10 km to Helsinge with good shopping facilities. It is just under 40 km to Helsingør, where you can visit Kronborg Castle or the exciting Maritime Museum. Copenhagen is reached in approximately 1 hour (60 km). The house is only rented out for family holidays.
