This spacious and energy-efficient holiday home with wilderness bath is situated high in rural surroundings - with views over the Limfjord from both sides of the house. On the large grounds belonging to the house, it is possible to pitch a tent. A small path leads the short way to a lovely bathing beach with good fishing opportunities.

This former country estate is suitable for 10 people plus 1 child up to 3 years old. The holiday home is 220 m² and was built in 1922. In 2001 the holiday home underwent renovation and a major modernization in 2021. It is not permitted to bring pets. There is underfloor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 380 liters. The house's main heating is with a Scotte wood pellet stove. There are also 2 wood-burning stoves. For the little ones there is 1 high chair.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms. The sleeping places are distributed as: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. In addition there is 1 child's bed (0-3 years).
There is indoor darts and table football.

There are 2 refrigerators in the house. There are 4 ceramic hob plates, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle and 2 toilets.
There is the possibility of relaxation in an indoor spa for 2 people. There is the possibility of relaxation in the outdoor wilderness bath for 6 people.
In the holiday home there is 1 TV. TV via internet and satellite. 1 Chromecast. There are 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet is available. 1 Bluetooth speaker.

The holiday home is located on a 15000 m² natural grounds with access to 115 m² open terrace area, distributed over 3 terraces, so there is always the possibility of finding a sheltered spot. There are 250 m to the fjord. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 4000 m. There is a golf course at a distance of 20000 m. There is a utility room where you will find a charcoal grill, hose cart for filling water to the wilderness bath, extra garden chairs, some outdoor activity games and an extension plate for one of the garden tables.
There is a large football pitch with 2 goals (2 x 3 m.).
In the same area as the wilderness bath, there is a bonfire site, wooden stumps and stools around a concrete table.
There is an installed socket for charging an electric car. With 11 kW charging capacity.
There are 2 entrances to the house as there are 2 large parking spaces.
There is large parking in front of the house but behind the house there is a much larger parking area as there was once a motorhome parking area. If you come in a motorhome there is still the possibility of emptying toilet and wastewater.

If there are to be more than 10 people, the owner must be asked.
