Welcome to our cosy summer house. The summer house is a hidden gem, located a bit tucked away on a small side road, known by the locals as an extremely attractive place to have a summer house. Here lush trees and rolling landscapes surround the property, where you can enjoy the captivating view over Flensburg Fjord from the living room, 2 of the bedrooms and the terrace. In front of the house a field stretches out, where cows graze throughout the summer. Here it is pure relaxation and a sense of being away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The summer house has a spacious layout of 77 square metres, which includes a welcoming entrance that flows smoothly into the kitchen. The kitchen is well-maintained and functional. The large living room has an impressive cathedral ceiling and with large window sections in the gable, the captivating view comes right into the living room and fills the space with natural light. The summer house offers three bedrooms. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sauna, which offers ultimate relaxation after a day of outdoor activities. A newly laid terrace is accessible from the living room and is the ideal place to spend sunny days and evening meals in peace and quiet. The area offers many good hiking opportunities and it is a very beautiful walk of 2.8 km along the gendarme path to good shopping opportunities in the cosy Broager. If you want to swim there is a small cosy beach with a bathing jetty within 400m and back at the summer house outdoor showers with hot water while you look out over Flensburg Fjord. The summer house is in excellent condition both inside and outside, with enchanting location, fantastic sea view and plenty of charm.
