Well-maintained and inviting holiday home in peaceful surroundings on Lodbjerg Hede

This lovely family holiday home of 68 m² is tucked away on a large natural plot in the quiet and scenic area of Lodbjerg Hede. The house is surrounded by trees and bushes, which creates a private and relaxing atmosphere.

In 2020 the house underwent modernisation, and it therefore appears both modern and in really fine condition, a house filled with charm and tranquility

Granalle 14 welcomes you with a warm and cosy atmosphere, and upon arrival you will feel a special sense of peace. The well-utilised square metres create a good setting for a holiday with both family and friends.

The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, which creates a natural gathering point – regardless of season. Here you can enjoy meals together or relax in front of the wood-burning stove, which spreads both warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is practically laid out with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

There are six sleeping places in the house, distributed across two rooms with double beds and a cosy room on the first floor with two single beds.

The bathroom has underfloor heating, shower cubicle, toilet, sink and dishwasher.

In the living room there is a TV with satellite dish, Apple TV and radio – and there is of course access to fast fibre internet (100/100). An energy-efficient heat pump contributes to a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Large natural plot and good outdoor areas

The property is situated on a 2.000 m² plot, completely undisturbed and surrounded by green surroundings. There are both open and covered terraces with garden furniture and a grill, perfect for outdoor living and communal dining under the open sky. The evenings can be enjoyed at the bonfire site, where you can bake marshmallows or warm yourselves by the flames.

The children will love the large lawn, which invites play and ball games.

Location close to attractions and nature

Lodbjerg Hede is a peaceful and natural area, only a few kilometres from the lively holiday town of Søndervig. Here you will find both grocery shops, restaurants and small shops – as well as activities such as fishing, golf and water sports.
