Perfect for a couple, but also for 2 families who want to stay close to the North Sea with 200 metres to the beach. Free wireless internet access and pets are not allowed. House layout The entire property has a total of 5 bedrooms distributed with 3 bedrooms in the main house, which has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The annex, which is newly renovated, has the last two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also a cot in the house for the very small. In the annex there is a brand new, large bathroom with access to the sauna as well as a lovely hot tub, with shower, toilet and sink as well as underfloor heating. In a separate room is the washing machine. The living room is divided into 3 interconnected rooms with openings between them. There are actually two dining tables, flat-screen TV with DR channels and satellite with German programmes, there is also a wood-burning stove and a heat pump which both help reduce consumption and provide lovely warmth during the cold periods. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the outbuilding there is an extra fridge with freezer. The bathroom has sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen adjoins the living room and has electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. House surroundings The house has 2 brand new terraces with garden furniture and grill, so you can enjoy many hours of cosiness here. There are swings for the children and the location on a large partly enclosed natural grounds close to the North Sea can provide the setting for a good holiday for the whole family. The large natural grounds of 2800 square metres with good shelter opportunities provide good conditions for social gathering and play. There is approximately 3 km to the nearest shop and the harbour town Hvide Sande and the market town Ringkøbing are each approximately 18 km from the house.
