One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a walk-in wardrobe, while the other two share a large bathroom with shower. The entire house has underfloor heating, powered by an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. The separate guest house contains two additional bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower. A shared living area includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, wine cooler and dishwasher; however, cooking is not permitted in this kitchenette.

Look forward to unforgettable moments in the fantastic outdoor wellness area, where a large pool, a built-in hot tub and a refreshing outdoor shower await you and offer ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.
