The house offers 120 m² of living space for 6 people and one pet. The cosy atmosphere creates a warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you arrive. It has two bedrooms with double beds as well as a comfortable loft with two single beds, where younger family members can sleep or relax with a tablet.

The open living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge is the heart of the house – here you can cook together, play games or simply enjoy time together. The large windows let in plenty of light, and you can even see the dunes in the distance on the other side of the golf course. In the bathroom with shower, the large mirror above the sink creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The towel rail not only dries your towels quickly but also provides pleasant warmth. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer here.

It has modern conveniences such as a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and free Wi-Fi. Two energy-efficient heat pumps and underfloor heating in the living room ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round and help keep energy costs down.

The property offers plenty of space for children or dogs to play and run around on the large lawn. Your children will certainly enjoy the trampoline, which is set into the lawn. On the covered terrace you can relax in the garden furniture, light the grill or relax in a lounger. A newly installed outdoor hot tub (2026) completes the picture.
