At Nordsøvej 194a you will find a charming, thatched holiday home in a truly special location at the end of a dead-end road – right in the beautiful dune landscape with fantastic views over both the dunes and the North Sea. Here you live approximately 900 metres south of Søndervig and get a holiday base where peace, nature and comfort go hand in hand.

Inside you will be greeted by a bright and cosy living area, where large windows give you sea views all year round. The dark ceiling beams create a warm contrast to the modern furnishings and give the room a very special atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the view from both the living room and dining area – regardless of wind and weather.

Sauna, renovated bathroom and well-equipped kitchen

The house contains three bright bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom completely renovated in 2021 and a lovely sauna where you can relax after a day in the fresh sea air.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the house has both a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a large separate freezer of 104 litres.

Large terrace and sunset viewpoint

Outside awaits a lovely terrace with sun loungers, grill and plenty of space for relaxation. From here you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea – and after dinner you can go up to the house's own viewpoint, where a bench gives you front row seats to the sunset over the North Sea.

The house is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump, underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom and a power socket for charging an electric car.

The area around Søndervig offers everything from long beach walks and dune hiking to activities such as Lalandia, paddle courts and plenty of experiences in Hvide Sande. There is something for both children and adults – whether you are into nature, water, culinary experiences or shopping.
