This charming holiday home with its cosy gabled roof, the large terrace surrounding the house, and the fantastic view over Ringkøbing Fjord from the roof terrace is located at Opstrupsvej 43 in the heart of the quiet Klegod. If you are looking for an idyllic holiday home with character and charm, this is the perfect place. Built in 1930 and unchanged to this day, it radiates an authentic holiday home atmosphere, surrounded by the west Jutland nature. Please note that pets are not allowed in this house.

Spread over two floors with a total living area of 77 m², you will find plenty of cosy spaces with room for the whole family. The spacious living room with wood-burning stove is ideal for relaxation and games, so you can enjoy the warmth on cool evenings and listen to the crackling of the wood. Kitchen, bathroom and utility room are also equipped with underfloor heating. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, promise a good night's sleep. From here you have access to the roof terrace, which offers a fantastic 360° view and is ideal for morning coffee or breakfast outdoors. You can also reach the roof terrace from outside via a small path.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cooker and coffee maker – everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also a washing machine. The smaller bathroom has a shower and a tall cabinet, and opposite is the sauna, which completes the package.

Thanks to the continuous terraces surrounding the house, you will find a sheltered place to enjoy nature, even on cooler or windier days. A little further away is another small sun terrace with two loungers, surrounded by bushes, offering an extra private area. These are the perfect settings to enjoy your morning coffee or cosy barbecues in the evening sun – a truly relaxing holiday!

Only 700 metres away lies the wide sandy beach at our Danish North Sea coast, inviting you to long walks in all seasons and swimming in summer. The nearest shops are 6 km away in Søndervig, where you will find both supermarkets and specialist shops to browse.
