Welcome to this beautiful low-energy holiday home, beautifully situated on Holmsland Klit – between Søndervig and Hvide Sande in one of Denmark's most sought-after holiday areas. Here you live with only a few minutes' walk to both the peaceful Ringkøbing Fjord and the impressive North Sea – nature and experiences in all directions.

The holiday home is equipped with a modern ground source heat pump system, which provides energy-efficient heating – including also the pool and domestic hot water. This means low operating costs and a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

The heart of the house is the bright living room with open kitchen together with the cosy lounge. Here is a wood-burning stove, a large 65" Smart TV with Chromecast as well as both DR1 and TV2 and several German channels from satellite. From the lounge there is direct access to the large south-facing enclosed terrace with gas grill – perfect for dinner under the open sky. From the lounge there is also direct access to the house's wellness section with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna – ideal for relaxation and fun for the whole family, regardless of season.

The holiday home has a large lovely south-facing terrace, which is enclosed, so children and dogs can run freely. The terrace also runs around the house to the east, where the sun rises over the fjord. To the west there is a small terrace surrounded by trees.

The holiday home is close to water sports activities on the fjord, surfing, wakeboard, kite etc. Take a walk along the wide sandy beach and enjoy the sunset over the roaring North Sea. Just across Klitvejen you have the opportunity to fish at Klegod Fiskesø.
