Skovdalen 14 in Houvig is a modern and exclusive holiday home that stands out with its unique interior, high quality and fantastic location just 400 metres from the beach. Here you get a holiday experience where comfort, design and nature come together in perfect harmony.

Exclusive interior with plenty of light
The holiday home was built in 2019 and is finished throughout. The large glass sections, vaulted ceilings and Velux roof windows provide impressive natural light and create an airy and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen-living room extends the terrace into the room and makes the living space a natural gathering point for the whole family. In the living room you will find two built-in bioethanol fireplaces, which create a cosy and calm atmosphere after a day by the sea.

Space for 6 people and lovely facilities
The house covers 120 m² and sleeps 6 people distributed across three bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with a bathtub, and there is also a guest toilet. Here you have all the practical facilities that make your holiday easy and comfortable: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ventilation system and air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating in all rooms. All with a focus on low energy consumption.

Large, enclosed wooden terrace with extra details
The terrace is something very special. It surrounds the house and offers both a fire pit, hammock, grill, garden furniture and an outdoor shower that can be used from April to November. Here you can enjoy the sun, relax in shelter, grill dinner or let the children play on the large natural grounds of 1.319 m².

Quiet location close to both nature and activities
Houvig is known for its beautiful dune landscapes and peaceful surroundings. From the house it is only a short walk to the beach, and by bike you can reach Søndervig in about 10 minutes, where you will find shops, restaurants and activities – including Lalandia, golf course, mini golf and local farm shops.
