Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the evening sun with a glass of white or rosé wine combined with the scent of grilling, salt water and pine trees together with the sound of waves breaking against the shoreline in the background.

The holiday home contains 3 good bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, a bathroom with shower and a perfect living room with plenty of space with a lounge and dining area with a wood-burning stove.

Adjacent to the kitchen/living room is a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove. The lounge is furnished with a corner sofa and armchairs.

There are several large terraces, some of which are fully covered or partially covered and one completely uncovered, so all possibilities for outdoor seating are met, so the sun can be enjoyed unobstructed all day long.

A new modern air-to-air heat pump/air conditioning has been installed in the kitchen, which can be turned on and heat up on cool evenings or used for cooling on warm summer days.
