Your house is located approximately 70 meters from the sea, but the property extends all the way down to the sea, so you will be living on a seafront property with wonderful views over Ronneby Archipelago and the Baltic Sea. The house is situated on the owner's property, but the land is divided, so you have your own section.

You will live in an open-plan layout with large windows facing the sea. Inside you have air conditioning, which provides pleasant warmth on cold days or cooling on the warmest summer days. You have a terrace facing southwest, where you can sunbathe and at the same time watch the boats sail by. Here you can also have dinner in the evening and enjoy the sunset.

On the large jetty of 110 m² you can sunbathe and fish, and your boat is also moored here for those who want to go on a fishing trip (free fishing with hand tools) or just take a trip in the archipelago. Blekinge Archipelago is known for its large pike. There is also a small bathing beach on the property, which is suitable for the smallest children who do not want to jump from the jetty.

For those of you who play golf, there are 2 courses nearby. Visit Karön, a gem in the archipelago with bathing, restaurant and beautiful surroundings. Also visit Ronneby Brunn with a very large water park. Take an excursion to the neighbouring towns of Karlskrona and Karlshamn with plenty of sights, or why not a day trip to Glasriket in Småland.

One small pet is allowed by arrangement with the house owner.

Deposit 1000:- is paid upon arrival, and refund is made via Avresa if everything is in order.
Electricity is supplied at 5:-/kw.
