Large holiday home located in Sandkås with exceptional sea views.

The holiday home is pleasantly spacious with 7 rooms spread over 2 floors, so there is plenty of room for the whole family here.

The house has 6 large bedrooms, which can flexibly be arranged with double or single beds, accommodating a total of 12 people. In addition, the house has 2 bathrooms as well as a separate toilet and a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area for the whole family. From the ground floor there is access to the most beautiful covered wooden terrace with several cosy corners with comfortable garden furniture. From here you can enjoy the most magnificent panoramic sea view.

For the cooler months you can light the house's wood-burning stove and enjoy the warmth from it with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate.

Only 350m from the house you will find Sandkås's beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing bridge, kiosk and a pool for the little ones. Large stones have been placed around as a fence with the purpose of breaking the waves. This makes the inner part of the beach very child-friendly. (note: bathing bridge and kiosk are only set up / only open in the summer months).

From Sandkås you can also walk along the coastal path to Allinge. A very beautiful walk that is clearly recommended. The walk ends in Allinge, right by Næs beach.

Only 2 km away there are shopping opportunities. It is also not far to many of Bornholm's beautiful sights such as Hammerhus (7 km), Hammerknuden (6.4 km) and Helligdomsklipperne (7.8 km).

The property has two (small) private parking spaces with direct access from Storedalen.

NOTE: The holiday home is a terraced house, and therefore there is a neighbour on one side.
