This beautiful and lovely holiday home from 2007 with indoor spa and sauna is located just 550 metres from Tengslemark Beach at Sejerø Bay. The fantastic beach is child-friendly and extensive with sand and dunes as far as the eye can see.

The house, at 117 square metres with vaulted ceilings throughout most of it, is spacious and airy, and the many large windows ensure that the house is bright and welcoming.

The house consists of a lovely kitchen-dining room with a large dining area and open connection to the living room. There are 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds in double beds. There are 2 bathrooms both with shower cubicles and underfloor heating. In the largest of the bathrooms there is also a spa, sauna and washing machine.

The house is heated energy-efficiently with an air-to-air heat pump, and there is also a wood-burning stove for cosy moments. In addition, there is electric underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, hallway and entrance.

On the wooden terrace and in the lovely garden you can relax and enjoy the good weather, and under the covered part there is the possibility of shade and shelter and the opportunity to spend the late evenings.

The house is located in a lovely holiday home area at Sejerø Bay and is surrounded by the most beautiful nature. There are plenty of opportunities for good walks and cycling trips, water sports and the area also offers really good fishing opportunities at, among other places, Sjællands Odde and in the Isefjord. For shopping there is only 2.650 metres to the nearest supermarket. Nykøbing Sj. and Rørvig are a short drive from the holiday home and offer cosy town environments and harbour atmosphere with plenty of summer atmosphere and experiences in the summer season. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy cafés and restaurants, shop and do your shopping. Also visit Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde and experience the wild and harsh nature. With children, the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland is an obvious excursion destination. Within driving distance is also Anneberg Kulturpark with a wealth of different cultural offerings. Also take a trip to Copenhagen or the ferry to Aarhus and experience the many sights and attractions of the big cities.
