Welcome to this super charming farmhouse cottage in the middle of Simrishamn in the very popular area Österlen in south-eastern Skåne. Here you live really well and at the same time close to many of Österlen's sights, markets, fruit plantations, art exhibitions and much more. The area is also known among recreational fishermen, and fishing in the sea is free with rod and hook.
The house has modern facilities, while the old charm is preserved. On the first floor are all the sleeping places, partly a bedroom with a double bed, which is separated by a curtain, as well as a single bed in the hall.
On the ground floor there is a nice little kitchen corner with, among other things, a cooker with three hotplates, oven and refrigerator. The kitchen is in open connection with dining area and entrance, where microwave and freezer are also located. There is a separate toilet by the entrance.
The bathroom is in a separate building directly next to the house and has shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. In extension of the entrance is the living room with sofa group in front of the TV and wood-burning stove. Free Wi-Fi in the house.
