Welcome to a spacious and inviting holiday home with a central location in Skælskør. Here you will stay close to both beach, forest, marina and town life – an ideal choice for families, groups of friends and multiple generations who want a holiday with both relaxation and experiences.

From the home there is approximately 200 metres to the forest and marina, where children can catch crabs, while Skælskør's charming town centre with shops, cafés and shopping is around 500 metres away. Kobæk Strand with a bathing pier is just approximately 2 km from the house.

The home has its own entrance and a large, private terrace, where the day can begin with morning coffee and end with shared meals after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

Inside you will find three bedrooms with double beds, a loft as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The loft is particularly suitable for children or older children, but can also be used by an adult who does not mind the lower ceiling height.

The home's natural gathering point is the large kitchen-living room of approximately 51 m² with vaulted ceiling. Here is a new kitchen, good dining area and a cosy sofa area with Smart TV, Netflix and TV 2 Play – perfect setting for shared cooking, games and relaxing evenings.

The home is located on the 1st floor of the house and is completely separate from the ground floor, where a family lives. You therefore have the holiday home and the private terrace entirely to yourselves. We only ask for normal consideration, particularly after 22.00, so everyone can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that new photos of the rooms are currently being taken, and that the dining table and sofa have been replaced since the current photos were taken. The garden and driveway are also facing renovation, but this does not affect the private terrace, which is exclusively for your use.
