Right by Nykøbing Lyng, not far from either Rørvig or Nykøbing Sjælland, you will find this lovely and well-appointed quality holiday home on a beautiful, unobstructed plot surrounded by tall trees. The house is only about 700 metres from Skærbystrand, which is a fine sandy beach.

The kitchen is in open connection with the lovely, well-furnished living room, which has a wood-burning stove and TV with Danish channels. There is free internet and Chromecast. The house also has a heat pump.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.

There is a lovely bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine.

You are welcome to bring your dog on holiday. The entire plot is fenced with a fence approximately 60 cm high.

The house is personally furnished, and the owner places emphasis on things being in order and expects that guests do the same.

There is a large, open terrace of 50 sqm and of course garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. There is parking on the plot.

There are many exciting activity options in Odsherred, for example Sommerland Sjælland, Odsherred Zoo Rescue and Geopark Odsherred, where the UNESCO-protected ice age landscape invites you to an active holiday and magnificent experiences in nature for the whole family. There are also several golf courses.

The area has many exciting craftspeople and galleries to visit, and Hempel Glass Museum, which is Northern Europe's largest private glass collection with everything from ancient glass to modern glass art, is also worth a visit.
