On the ground floor you will find a modern bathroom with toilet and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. There are also two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a cosy small room with a single bed. The heart of the house is the large and cosy kitchen with dining area, where you can enjoy shared meals. In addition, there is a TV room and a living room that invite cosy moments with family and friends. On the first floor there is a practical kitchenette with access to a small balcony, a bathroom with toilet and two lovely double bedrooms. One bedroom has access to a large, unobstructed terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air in peace and quiet. The unobstructed garden offers several dining areas and seating groups, both in the sun and on the sheltered terrace, so you can enjoy outdoor life regardless of the weather. The location cannot be better – only a 5-minute walk to the harbour and pedestrian street, where you will find a wealth of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Many attractions are within a short distance, and it takes only 500 metres to reach the lovely beach. This is a private villa, so there are cupboards in the house with private items. However, in all double bedrooms there are empty cupboards or chests of drawers that guests can use.
