There is a new oven, new refrigerator, new beds from 2018. New in 2024 are roller blinds in the bedroom and new electric heating in the bathroom/bedroom as well as the living room has been repainted/kitchen modernised and new windows to the terrace - what many have been missing.
There is fibre internet 100/100.

Motorhomes from friends or similar are not permitted, the house is for 4 people.

Other things worth noting
As a rule you will have to pay for your electricity consumption, 2.25 DKK per kWh.
It is normally not a large expense. But since the house is already very cheap compared to holiday homes around it, I would like that expense to be covered.
It is measured before you arrive and you measure it yourself afterwards.

The house is well-maintained inside and we have many personal belongings in the house. THEREFORE we ask for maximum cleaning, thank you. An older house looks shabby when it has not been properly cleaned. Thank you in advance :-)
