There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and an energy-efficient heat pump ensures optimal temperature. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, and the freezer has a capacity of 60 litres.

Located on a large garden plot of 893 m², there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The sea is only 530 m away, and for golf enthusiasts there is a course nearby. The terrace not only offers a spa and lounge furniture but also a trampoline and a grill. There is also parking right by the door.

Inside there are four comfortable bedrooms. The sleeping spaces are distributed across double beds, and if you have a little one with you, there is also a cot available. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with induction hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a toilet and one bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, toilet and underfloor heating.

And as the icing on the cake there is the option to relax in an indoor spa for two or an outdoor standing spa for up to six people.
With five televisions and wireless internet there is entertainment and connection to the outside world, should you need it.
