The atmosphere in the house is bright and inviting with large glass sections and cathedral ceilings. The house is insulated year-round and the air-to-water system, the built-in ventilation system and underfloor heating throughout ensure an extremely comfortable indoor climate all year round.
The open kitchen-living room creates space for togetherness and community, where you can enjoy a drink at the high oak bar stools, while the children enjoy themselves in the 9 m2 loft with skylight window. The house is adorned with beautiful oak flooring, the bathroom is spacious and fitted with light tiles and the house offers three well-appointed bedrooms. Bunk bed is only 80 cm wide.
The house is modernly furnished with an eye for Danish design and holiday home atmosphere. Here you will find Kaare Klint and FDB furniture side by side with unique design featuring Liberty textiles, Søholm ceramics, Bülow lamps and beautifully restored love seat cabinets in all rooms.
All the way around the house there is a wooden terrace, of which 18 m2 is covered and there are garden furniture, gas grill and play equipment for the children. In the cosy garden with, among other things, pine trees, butterfly bushes and sea buckthorn, you can relax, pick herbs for dinner, look out for rabbits and listen to birdsong.
Snogebæk is a charming fishing village with plenty of life and shops that are open all year round. In summer the atmosphere is almost Mediterranean with street markets, live music, harbour festivals and plenty of happy guests at the good and varied restaurants, including Levertranfabrikken, Sørens Værthus and the old smokehouse. The children will be busy choosing the summer's best ice cream from among Kjærstrup, Krøllebølle Isbar, Sissis Rulleis and Nettis, all while they catch shrimp by the coast. Snogebæk Harbour is adorned with the more than 100 m long wooden bridge, with active bathing life, both summer and winter and from here there are white shallow sandy beaches on both sides. There are good opportunities for recreational fishing and a rich bird life can be observed at Salthammer Odde.
